Great question. When it comes to chefs, we let you guys/gals do the driving. Not really, you’re insured on our trucks, but we do let you drive the product conversation.

  • Once upon a time, Highland Provisions used to solicit chef, often recommending the same products in the same key products categories—smoked ham, smoked turkey, roast beef, blah, blah, blah. Then came the jobbing truck.
  • Now, we simply roll up to your fine establishment in our “rolling warehouse” and we let you go shopping. All our chefs truly love the experience. And most of the times, they buy and try products that we would have thought to offer up. Sooo….
  • …Now our process is: invite the chef on the truck, let you do your thing, weigh up your product on the truck, and then we put it away for you.
  • The next week…wash, rinse, repeat.
